1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Wrong phone model selected by the customer

• Personal dissatisfaction with a design that was approved or submitted by the customer

Please ensure all details (including phone model and design) are correct before completing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a clear quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer:

• Or a full refund (if a replacement is not possible)
